Samsung has had a groundbreaking release with its flagship Android device, the Galaxy S II. In nearly 22 days the sales in Korea have hit 1 million units and this has beaten Samsung’s previous record. The Galaxy S was the previous record holder but astonishingly enough the Galaxy S II reached the million mark nearly 40 days before it’s predecessor.

These are some impressive results and is concurrent with the type of reviews the device is receiving across the board.

The only question left is will it share the same movement of units when it comes time to its North American release, only time can tell. You can expect an overview of the device from us shortly and a review as soon as we get our hands on one.
