Nintendo had a highlight E3 with many new 3DS announcements that will be sure to excite many gamers.

The list of the 3DS games shown:

• Mario Kart 3DS

Keeps same art style from the DS version, thankfully I did not see any bikes like in the Wii version. Allows you to customize your karts. Underwater levels! Release date is Holiday 2011.

• Star-Fox 3DS

You can use buttons or use gyro for manouvering. Face capturing within multiplayer games. Release date is September 2011.

• Super Mario 3DS

Brand new 3D Matio for the handhelds (3D world not 2D!!! while obviously also in 3D pop-out visuals). Carries the same had as in Galaxy without the need to collect star bits. Release date is 2011.

• Kid Icarus : Uprising

Game looks great and enjoyable. 3 on 3 multi-player action. Game uses augmented reality for matches.

• Luigi’s Mansion 2

Same look and feel as the Gamecube original, which is a good thing. Brand new game with many new mansions to explore. Cannot wait. No date given.
