Samsung Galaxy S II Launching On Sasktel Next Month
Sasktel has announced on Twitter that the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S II will be released on the Saskatchewan native cell carrier “in the next month”. Despite previously being told my Samsung that the S II would be launching in Canada in August, we believe that Sasktel might have been able to secure a timed exclusive deal. Consumers should still expect the S II to release on the remaining Canadian carriers in August especially considering none of the Big 3 (Rogers, Bell, or Telus) have announced any news surrounding the device. The announcement by Sasktel does convey reassurance that the S II is slowly but surely making its mark in North America and we can’t wait.
