Internal videos have leaked from RIM showcasing their vision of the future. This falls oddly in sync with our previous article regarding future technologies, which also included Microsoft’s and Corning’s vision of how future technologies might look. While those videos were focused on consumer interaction with technology, RIM takes a look into their bread and butter, the enterprise environment.

Whether or not the edge-to-edge display smartphone provides any indication of RIM’s future design implementations is unclear. What is interesting is the tablet-like surfaces that keep appearing in these ‘future of tomorrow’ videos. It goes to show how much certainty these companies have in the technology and I for one cannot wait to get my personal interactive desk
