Changes Coming To Wind Mobile’s Unlimited Data Offerings
Wind Mobile, one of the three new entrants that joined the Canadian market just 2 years ago, was also the first to re-introduce unlimited data back into consumers plans. Come November 3rd, Wind Mobile is planning on altering the one policy that has caused annoyance from customers, ‘the throttle point’. The ‘throttle point’ is when your mobile internet connection may be throttled after a certain bandwidth limit. Infinite Mobile will now be priced at $35, instead of $45, and will increase the ‘throttle point’ to 10GB, instead of the current 5GB. In addition, Infinite Mobile ‘throttle point’ will remain at 5GB, but when the Data Tethering Add-On is added, the point will be increased to 10GB.
