The LG Optimus LTE is currently the hot topic which is to be launched on the Bell network, and we’ve just received some exclusive internal word on its 3-year pricing. The smartphone will be set for a reasonable $149.95. This is in line with most devices being launched except for the HTC Raider which comes up to $99.95 with its $50 credit. We also have a speculated launch date of November 22nd, however our source tells us it will most likely see an early December release. What makes this different from all the other devices? Well this ones a bit special as it features LG’s new HD-IPS (AH-IPS) display, an lcd panel which is said to have the same display quality as their TVs.

Continue on for more device specs breakdown, Bell’s internal note, and more.

LG’s Optimus LTE features a 4.5″ 720p HD-IPS display (same as the Nook Color), a 1.5 GHz Scorpion dual-core processor, Adreno 220 GPU, Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset (Same as the Galaxy S II X), LTE connectivity, an 8-megapixel rear-facing and 1.3-megapixel front-facing cameras, a 1,830mAh battery, MHL output, DLNA, 4GB of internal storage (rumored), and a microSD card slot of up to 32GB) and of course running the latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The date listed above suggests that the launch date may fall on the 22nd of Novemeber, this seems reasonable as Bell is running a contest (click here for their official page) and the end date of the contest falls on Novemeber 25th. There is no reasoning to this but they are close, however our sources suggested further that this may be pushed back to an early December launch. Until we hear more we can’t confirm an official date as there have always been delays and postponed launches in the past. In the contest details there is also a piece of interesting information discerning the “approximate” off-contract price for the device as $629.95.
